Undellivered Oysho Order (Leggings) Issue
I bought a pair of leggings from Oysho on February 3rd. The order number is 60036281715. Apparently, they were shipped, but they have been sitting at a company called Kargoist for approximately 10 days now. I'm unable to get in touch with the courier company, and Oysho's efforts to speed up the process are proving to be ineffective. Is it difficult for a pair of leggings to be delivered within 10 days? Should I really go after an item that hasn't been delivered and has an uncertain future? I made a payment for the item to be delivered to my location. You opted for a courier company that has proven to be less than dependable. You are solely responsible for the entire process. I won't be the one handling this on a regular basis. Please either deliver the product or provide me with a refund.
