For about a week now, I have been unable to complete any purchases on Zara’s online store. Even though I have tried using different cards and selecting different products, every order is automatically canceled immediately after the payment is approved. I receive a notification from my bank stating that the payment has been processed, followed instantly by a message saying the order has been canceled. Today, I tried three times with different cards and products, and I experienced the same issue each time. My latest order attempt was Order No: 5423*83.
I am placing my orders through my account linked to o*********@hotmail.com**, and it now feels like my account has been systemically blocked. I cannot understand what is causing this issue, and it is resulting in both wasted time and significant frustration.
Yesterday, I contacted Zara customer service via chat and explained the situation. I was only told that the issue would be “reviewed,” but I have not received any follow-up. There is no phone support available, and communication is limited to written responses that do not provide a clear solution.
I request a clear and detailed explanation as to why my orders are being automatically canceled, that any restrictions on my account be removed if they exist, and that the necessary technical review be completed urgently so I can shop online without further issues.
