Zara Charged My Card Without Creating an Order
On the evening of November 27 at 8:02 PM, I made a purchase totaling $216 through the Zara app. Immediately after completing the order, I received a notification from my bank confirming the transaction and showing that $216 had been charged to my credit card. I still have the receipt and the authorization code.
However, from that moment on, I have been unable to view my order in my Zara account—there is no order record in the system, and I never received an order confirmation email from Zara. Despite this, the payment was successfully processed by my bank and the amount was withdrawn from my card.
I tried contacting Zara Customer Service many times by phone, but I cannot reach anyone at all. I sent an email but received no response. The only available communication channel seems to be WhatsApp, and even there I receive only vague replies like “we will look into it,” with no concrete update. This issue has been ongoing for days.
I am experiencing a serious inconvenience because the amount was charged to my card even though my order does not appear in the system and no information has been provided to me. I request that Zara review the transaction using my bank authorization details, create my order properly, and ship my items to me as soon as possible.
