Paid for Cella Boutique Hotel, Reservation Canceled Last Minute

Last night, I made a reservation and paid for a stay at Cella Boutique Hotel in Selçuk. Today, as I was about to leave for the trip, Otelz.com called to inform me that the hotel is closed. They offered no prior warning and told me I would receive a refund in 7-14 business days.
This situation left me stranded with no place to stay, forcing me to book another hotel and incur extra costs. It’s unacceptable that I’m unable to use the service I paid for and also have to wait for a refund. I demand immediate compensation for this inconvenience and better communication to prevent such issues in the future.
