My Origins Order Stuck in Pending

I purchased a product from origins.com through Iyzico, but the order unfortunately never went through and remained stuck in a pending state. When I contacted Origins, they told me to cancel the order. Because they said delivery could take up to 20 days, I tried to place the order again — and this happened four times. So I ended up paying four times, but it’s as if the payments went into a void because I never received an order number or any email confirming the purchase.
I had to contact Origins again and cancel all the attempted orders.
Only one of the refunds was returned to my Iyzico balance, but at this point I don’t even know whether future purchases made through Iyzico will ever be processed correctly. I am requesting refunds for the remaining charges. It’s impossible to reach customer service. After this experience, I will delete my account and never shop through them again.
