We stayed at Orange County Alanya on August 14, but had to leave after just one night because our child became ill, and we provided a medical report. They promised to refund the remaining three days, but it’s been over a month, and we still haven’t received the refund. After speaking with them again today, they informed us that the refund being processed isn’t even for a full night’s stay. They keep saying there are internal discussions happening, but after a month, nothing has been resolved. We made the prepayment via bank transfer and paid the remainder by credit card at check-in, but they don’t seem to listen. Every week, they promise a resolution by Friday, yet there’s no progress. I feel deceived by this entire situation.
