Agoda Hasn’t Refunded the Money for an Unused Night at Aquaworld Hotel After a Week
I checked into Aquaworld Hotel on October 27, 2024, but had to leave on October 28, 2024, after only one night. Despite this, I paid Agoda for a two-night stay. The hotel manager assured me they had contacted Agoda and that a refund for one night would be issued, allowing me to leave the hotel with the promise of this refund. However, it has now been a week, and I still have not received the refund of ₺4,650 for the unused night. This situation has left me feeling misled, as I was counting on the refund being processed promptly. I trusted Agoda to handle the matter as promised by the hotel, but unfortunately, I am still waiting for my money back.
