Hotels.com Refund Delay For 30 Days

I had to cancel a hotel reservation I made through Hotels.com about 2 hours later because I couldn't change my plans, and I quickly let the authorities know. At first, they said they couldn't process the refund, but after talking it out, they made it clear that they could help with the refund. It's been around a month since we last talked about the refund, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any progress or updates in my account. I'm exhausted and fed up with attempting to get in touch with them. They've been holding onto my money for a service I never got for a whole month now. I was completely taken in by this company's deceitful tactics; it's important that others don't make the same mistake.
