Considering Orange County Alanya? Review Highlights Hygiene Concerns & Unresponsive Management
I deeply regret my decision to stay at the Orange Country Alanya Hotel. We squandered our funds. The aroma in the restaurant was enough to put a damper on any desire to eat, and the meal itself was disgusting and flavorless. There was a lot of trouble locating a seat and even more trouble waiting in line for the food. On top of everything else, we spotted a mouse in the eatery. Dishonesty was rampant. We spent four nights there. My spouse became sick one night and vomited all the way until the morning. Still another night, our little one became ill and threw up continuously. Afterward, I became sick and started vomiting constantly. That was it. We had to shorten our seven-night vacation to just four nights since I became unwell. There is no other plausible explanation; it was probably the meal. We requested a refund for the days we were unable to stay owing to facility difficulties and our illnesses during our conversation with the management. We have faith in their word that they will not relay our request to the proper authorities. They ignored us completely. It went horribly wrong.
