I live in Hawaii but I have always enjoyed my visits here . I have always found the resorts to be extra ordinary helpful and service oriented. But at orange county alanya although I reserved 3 rooms including the king suite I found Extremely poor service. Long lines to get any kind of food. Treat you like the homeless waiting for hand out . Deceptive description of the rooms . They consider a room with a view of a solid wall as land view. Rude staff . They harass customers wearing long bathing suits . The rooms lacked even the basic necessities like a blanket . Asked everyday in a 9 day stay. And was told they don't have any the hot water is shut off from midnight to 7 am . 3 out of 5 elevators not working . 4 out of 5 coffee machines not working . I would rate it no star and an embarrassment to the resort community in Turkey
