TikTok Password Reset Code Goes to Dead Phone Number Preventing User Login

I have been unable to log into my TikTok account with the username "721diyar721" for over a year. Because my account is linked to my old phone number, the password reset code goes to that number, and since I no longer use that line, I cannot receive the code.

I try to log in with my username and it asks for a password, but I cannot remember the password. I have used the "Request support" option multiple times, but I have received no response whatsoever, and my account access still has not been restored.

The first and last name in the registered personal information on the account are exactly the same as the first and last name on the account I currently use, proving the account belongs to me. My account currently appears linked to my old line, 546766, which I know but no longer use. I demand that my TikTok account with the username "721diyar721" be unlinked from the 546766 line and linked to my actively used 5427****66 line, and that my access to the account be restored immediately.
