Orange County Alanya Complaint - Limited Food Choices, Poor Housekeeping
Staying at Orange County Alanya has been a string of letdowns for me. Toast, waffles, and other breakfast staples don't make an appearance until 8:15, and even then, they're served in little portions. We're stuck with snacks instead of red meat during lunch, and even they don't have any options like hamburgers or doner. The sole option for dinner is grilled meatballs, which might not be to everyone's liking. Why are grapes used in appetizers that are made with yogurt? I would go to the market to purchase fruit yogurt if I desired it. They have butter-flavored margarine on the breakfast table instead of butter. You won't even find bathrobes or a set of slippers in the room. A trail of the previous visitor's hair was found throughout the cabin. I was tasked with cleaning the cabin window and toilet on my own. It had been four days since the sheets were changed. I have to wipe down the tables at the poolside every morning because they aren't cleaned well enough. The pool bar counter is infested with cockroaches. The drinks have little flavor and come from unrecognizable brands. The animation crew threatened to relocate us so they could do their dance routine. We have already scheduled everything; they need to either not use this space or find us a another site. "Please return in 15 minutes" is not acceptable customer service.
