Accidental Google Play Payment Through FamPay

I accidentally made a Google Play payment today at around 6:25 a.m. using my FamPay account via UPI. I did not intend to send this money and only noticed the charge afterwards. In my FamPay transaction history there is a successful Google Play payment of 1,449, which I am trying to get refunded. After realising the mistake, I tried to request a refund through Google Play’s refund process, but I have not received any response so far. As this payment was made in error and I have not knowingly used or benefited from any related purchase, I would like this to be reviewed as an unintended transaction. I kindly request a full refund of the 1,449 amount back to my FamPay payment method and, if there is any subscription or recurring mandate linked to this transaction, that it be cancelled so that no further amounts are charged.
