Oral-B Vitality D103 Turns On and Off by Itself — Still Under Warranty, Need Repair
I purchased my Oral-B D103 Vitality electric toothbrush about 1 year and 8 months ago through Trendyol, and the product is still under warranty. For the past week, the toothbrush has been turning on and off by itself. When I press the power button, it sometimes works, but most of the time I can’t turn it off. Because of this, I haven’t been able to use the product regularly every day.
My order number is 9086733059i. I haven’t experienced any other issues with the toothbrush—this is the only problem. I have not yet contacted Oral-B customer service, and I’m not sure how to reach them.
I request that my product be repaired or replaced under warranty, and I kindly ask for quick assistance with this issue.
