Oral-B Toothbrush Does Not Match the Features in the User Manual

I am writing regarding an issue with an Oral-B rechargeable toothbrush that I purchased from BİM on February 10, 2026.

According to the user manual included with the product, the toothbrush should display a green charging indicator that flashes while the device is charging, turns off when charging is complete, and lights up again when the battery becomes low.

However, the toothbrush I received does not display any charging indicator at all. No light appears during charging or at any other time, making it impossible for me to determine the battery status or know when the device is fully charged.

After noticing this issue, I contacted Oral-B Customer Service. During my conversation, I was informed that my toothbrush model does not have such a charging light. I explained that the user manual supplied with the product clearly describes this feature.

This creates a confusing and unacceptable situation. Either the user manual provided with the product is incorrect and does not correspond to the device I purchased, or the product is missing a feature that the documentation states it should have. In either case, I have been misled and am unable to use the product as expected because I cannot determine its charging status.

I respectfully request that Oral-B either replace my toothbrush with a model that includes the charging indicator described in the user manual or provide a clear and satisfactory explanation regarding the discrepancy between the product and its documentation, together with an appropriate solution to resolve this issue.
