I Experience Constant Lag on My Oppo Reno 11 FS Even When Making Calls

I bought the Oppo Reno 11 FS just a month ago from Vatan Bilgisayar in Marmaris, expecting reliable performance based on both my past experience with the brand and recommendations for this specific model. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed. The phone lags on nearly every action—whether I’m opening apps, accessing my contacts, or simply trying to make a call.

This kind of performance is unacceptable for a brand-new device that I paid good money for. I contacted Oppo customer support, followed all the steps they advised, and while the phone worked okay for a couple of hours, the same freezing and lagging started again shortly after.

There’s clearly something wrong with the device, and I’m now stuck with a phone that can’t handle even basic operations without stuttering. Oppo needs to acknowledge this issue and either replace or repair the phone immediately. I didn’t invest in a device just to deal with daily frustration and wasted time. Please provide a permanent solution—not temporary workarounds.
