Hello; I made a deal with the company "Onatça Vizyon Nakil Vastalar A.Ş." in Adana, which operates as an Opel vehicle dealer, for the 2023 Model Opel Corsa 1.2 Manual vehicle, based on the list price when the vehicle enters customs. The vehicle cost 539 thousand TL in March 2023. I paid a deposit of 20.000 TL for the vehicle in question on March 27, 2023, at 12:06. (Receipts are saved.) It was stated that I was in the second rank in this process, and by calling Gizem Bel** working on 0554 115.... on 18.04.2023, it was stated that the vehicle allocation was made to two people, but I was not in the second rank, but rather in the third. Despite this, I accepted everything and waited for my turn. The vehicle price increased to 554 thousand TL in April/2023 and to 604 thousand TL in May/2023. At 14:49 on May 16, 2023, another employee called Gizem Be** and stated that a vehicle would be assigned to me within 1-2 days. However, he stated that due to a company management decision, the vehicle, which is currently 604 thousand TL, will not be sold at this price, that I can buy it for 725 thousand TL by selling above the list price, and that the sale of accessories is mandatory. Furthermore, if the vehicle does not enter customs until June, the amount will be increased with the next hike. Because of the situation, the subject is suffering significant victimization, and I am no longer able to purchase the vehicle that I could purchase two months ago with the TL assets I own. Again, the amounts requested by the relevant company on the list price are collected by hand rather than through the bank and are not recorded. While this behavior causes consumers to suffer, it also causes significant increases in market prices, a significant increase in market vehicle prices, and a deterioration in consumer morale.
