Opel Delivered My Car Without Floor Mats

In October 2023, I bought a Mokka-e vehicle from the Opel Mar dealership. My car was delivered to me without floor mats. I communicated my request regarding this. After a while, they informed me via WhatsApp that the floor mats had arrived and that I could come and pick them up. I went to the dealership, and they said that the Mokka-e floor mats had not arrived, that it was a mistake, and that they would inform me when they did. I agreed and left. Months passed, and when I didn't hear from them, I called the Opel Turkey headquarters to complain. The friends working at the dealership responded by saying, "Look, we sent a message, you came and picked it up." The date and time I came are clear. If they claim that I picked it up, they can check the security cameras - With this frustration, I went to the dealership and spoke to the managers, including their boss. Their manager told the relevant person to send the floor mats. I started waiting again, and a week later, Ms. İnci called me to inform me that the floor mats would come from abroad and that it would take some time. It's probably been 3 months, and still no word... I couldn't get the floor mats for the car I paid for. My company has three Opel cars. This is the first time I bought a car from this dealership, and I regret buying the car. Even if this was the last car left in the world, I would never, ever buy a car from this dealership again. Ms. Serpil, who I believe was the salesperson, was very attentive during the sale and promised a free charging adapter, which I am not even mentioning. I gave up on that already. If we can get the floor mats I paid for, that would be great!
