I purchased my Opel Corsa GS 1.2 100 HP AT8 as a brand new vehicle from Öğütler Otomotiv, the authorized Opel dealer in Mersin, in November 2023. The vehicle's first registration date is November 30, 2023. In early September 2024, my car suddenly experienced multiple sensor failures for no apparent reason, followed immediately by an engine failure. Warning lights related to this appeared on the dashboard one after another. Following this, I immediately went to Öğütler Authorized Service. During the checks carried out there, it was stated that the battery needed replacement, and on September 4, 2024, the battery was replaced under warranty. After receiving the vehicle, it developed the same fault again on January 17, 2025, so I took it back to the same authorized service. Because the vehicle stopped displaying the fault signal after it stalled at the service center, they said that no fault code could be found during the checks and returned the vehicle to me. Subsequently, on March 10, 2025, when the same problems reappeared, the BSI and ABS units were updated by Öğütler Authorized Service. On March 18, 2025, the same problems occurred again. The vehicle was connected to a diagnostic device, and it was determined that the engine control unit needed to be replaced On April 29, 2025, the injection control unit was replacedat the service center. Two days later, my vehicle, along with the previous sensor failures, also started showing new sensor failures that had not occurred before. Following this, the engine fault warning appeared as always. I took the vehicle to Öğütler Authorized Service on May 2, 2025. This time, they said that the injection control unit needed to be coded and asked us to leave the vehicle. After the process, I picked up the vehicle. However, on May 8, 2025, the same problems reappeared for no reason when the vehicle was first started. I immediately took the vehicle to the service center without turning off the ignition. At the service center, after turning the ignition off and on, they said that no fault could be detected during the checks, just as it had happened once before. We have now lost all trust in this vehicle. We cannot go on long journeys, or even long distances within the city, because we don't know what will happen next. We believe that the vehicle has a manufacturing defect and is a faulty product. Therefore, we demand the replacement of the vehicle. All our trust in the Opel brand has been shaken.
