Unable To Follow A Specific User On Instagram

I am experiencing a follow issue on my Instagram account. Since 24 October, I am unable to follow one specific account, even though I can follow all other accounts without any problem. The profile I cannot follow is the account of “Saniya B***” Each time I tap the Follow button on this profile, it briefly shows as if I am following, and then automatically goes back to “Follow” without any error message. This only happens with this one profile. I have not been able to resolve this from my side and have not received any explanation. I kindly request that you check my account and this specific profile, identify the cause of this issue, and fix this bug so that I can follow this person normally.
