I Left My Opel Corsa at The Service, No Word Back Yet Other Than Delays and Lack of Transparency

I took my car to OPEL OTOSAY ANKARA service on 16th October 2023, due to an accident where the other party was % 100 guilty. My car is OPEL CORSA and 1,5 years old. It passed more then 40 days and my car is still in service. I can get consisten/accurate information from the Service Responsibles. They do not call me back at all. They only give the information that my car's equipment is still waiting to be sent from France. But last week OPEL Head Quarter told me that the component was sent from France but it was broken. The service did not mention me this at all. I do not have any trust for OPEL and OTOSAY OTOMOTIV anymore. I do not have any idea when i will get my car back.
