My New Opel Combo 2024 Delivered With Dashboard Damage


On August 20, 2024, when my ordered blue 2024 Opel Combo Ultimate was delivered from Istanbul Opel Gülan Service, I noticed a burn-like damage of 3-4 cm on the left front dashboard. The service claimed that the damage was Opel's responsibility, that it occurred during transit, and was not their responsibility. They informed me that if I wanted a new car, I would have to pay the new, higher price. They suggested I contact Opel headquarters, as they would resolve my issue. I called Opel headquarters, filed a complaint, and had a case opened. In this situation, I have been inconvenienced. Even though I said I would accept a discount, no one helped. I am waiting to see how this issue will be resolved urgently.
