Opel Refused Warranty for a Faulty USB in My New Mokka and Blamed User Error

On 20-12-2024, I received my brand new Opel Mokka vehicle from Istanbul Opel Focus and saw that some of its functions were not working when I was returning home. I called the sales representative immediately and told them that the blind spot warning system, adaptive cruise control, the doors did not open and the USB on the front console did not work. They said that since I received the vehicle on Saturday, I should stop by on Monday and that the vehicle might have been in showroom mode. I said that I would hit the road and return in 1 week. They wanted me to come when I returned that there would be no problem this way. I went when I returned a week later. My vehicle was there for half a day and they said that they solved the problems, only the USB was not working and that they would check it if I came at a convenient time. Anyway, I went again in the morning and left it in the evening. They said that they would ask the Center for a replacement under warranty and inform me. I got a call from the Opel center within 3.5 days. They said that they could not change it under warranty and that it was a user error. I broke the USB of the 1-week-old vehicle. Even though I reported that it did not work on the first day. I saw that Opel's warranty is useless and they do not stand behind the vehicle they sell brand new. When I asked about the USB replacement, they said something 30,000₺ I couldn't believe it. Opel should stand behind the defective vehicle they sell. I want to state that I will use my legal rights.
