OSM Did Not Credit My ₺160 In-Game Purchase Despite Payment

Today, I purchased ₺160 worth of in-game currency in the Online Soccer Manager (OSM) app from my Android device. The payment was successfully processed and the amount was deducted from my account, but the purchased in-game currency was never credited to my OSM account. My in-game username is Tunahan7124.

This is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Normally, in-game currency is added instantly after purchase, but this time the payment went through without any error message, and I was left without the coins. The transaction took place while I was in Istanbul, and I also have the payment receipt as proof.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible—either by crediting the purchased currency to my OSM account or by providing a full refund of the ₺160 I paid. Players should not face delays or missing items after making legitimate payments.
