Online Soccer Manager Payment Taken but Coins Not Delivered

I purchased a coin package on Online Soccer Manager and the payment was successfully taken from my account. However, the coins I paid for never appeared in my game account. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a game that should provide what players purchase instantly.

I either want my coins credited to my account immediately or a full refund of the money that was taken. Players should not have to chase after their purchases or worry about whether in-game payments will actually be delivered.

I request urgent action from the OSM support team to resolve this issue. Deliver the coins I bought or refund my payment without delay.
