Online Soccer Manager Took Payment but Did Not Deliver Tokens

I purchased tokens on Online Soccer Manager and the payment was processed successfully. The system even marked the transaction as “successful,” yet no tokens were added to my account. Thinking the first attempt had failed, I repeated the purchase three more times. As a result, multiple payments were taken from my card, but I still have not received a single token.

It has now been more than a full day, and there is still no sign of my tokens or any refund. This has left me in a difficult and frustrating situation. I demand that OSM immediately deliver the tokens I paid for or return the full amount of money withdrawn from my account. Players should not be forced to pay multiple times without receiving what they purchased.
