I made a virtual currency purchase in eFootball™ using online banking, but despite the money being deducted from my account, I never received the in-game currency.

When I tried again, the in-game currency was credited without charging my bank account, but after the Thursday update, my balance suddenly went negative. Now, despite having paid, my account still shows a negative balance.

I checked my transaction history, and as shown in my attached screenshots, on March 15, 2025, another ₺550 was deducted from my account, but I received nothing in return. In total, ₺1,390 was taken from my account, yet my in-game balance remains negative.

eFootball, fix this immediately! Either credit my missing funds or refund my money!
