Paid for E-Football 2026 Mobile Pack But Didn’t Receive It in Game
On October 16, 2026, I made an in-game purchase worth 3,699 TL in eFootball 2026 Mobile, but although the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, the purchased item never appeared in my game account. I received no error message during the transaction, and even after restarting the app and checking my account, the product was still missing.
I experienced a similar issue once before, but at that time, the payment wasn’t processed — this time, however, the money was taken but nothing was delivered.
I request that the purchased item be added to my account immediately, or that the full amount of 3,699 TL be refunded to me without delay. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration, and I expect it to be resolved as soon as possible.
