Omio Charged Me but Never Sent My Train Ticket, Need 570 SEK Refund

I bought a train ticket via Omio for 570 SEK on 9 July, and I paid through Klarna. Despite the payment going through, I never received any booking confirmation or ticket from Omio. In my Klarna account, the 570 SEK payment to Omio is visible and appears as an active payment, with a payment reference similar to the one shown in the attached screenshot. However, there is no corresponding booking or ticket in my email or Omio account. I tried to contact Omio customer service throughout the morning but did not receive any help or a clear answer regarding my missing ticket and paid amount. Because I never received the Omio ticket and still needed to travel, I was forced to buy a new ticket via SJ instead, which caused me extra and unnecessary costs. In this situation I request that Omio cancel this purchase and provide a full refund of 570 SEK as soon as possible, since I have paid but not received the train ticket I purchased.
