• Verify the payment status in your bank or card statement and note the transaction reference
• Log in to your Omio account and check My Bookings for a pending or failed reservation
• Contact Omio support with the payment date, amount, route, and booking attempt details
• Ask clearly whether the booking failed and request either ticket issuance or a full refund
• Do not attempt to repurchase immediately to avoid duplicate charges
• Keep screenshots of the payment, error messages, and your Omio booking page as evidence
If the problem persists;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report payment taken without ticket issuance and request a refund or booking confirmation
