Omio Charged But No Ticket For Rome To Cluj Napoca Flight
I attempted to buy a ticket on Omio for a trip from Rome Fiumicino (FCO), Italy to Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with a travel time on 8 March at 08:25 in the morning. During the purchase process the amount of 130 was taken from my bank card, but I did not receive any ticket or booking confirmation in return. I can clearly see the payment in my bank records, but there is no ticket, invoice or any reference number from Omio for this transaction. I also could not find any phone number to contact Omio directly, so I am writing this complaint to get support. I request that Omio either issues my valid ticket for the above-mentioned journey as soon as possible or, if this is not possible, refunds the full amount of 130 back to my bank card without any deduction.
