Refund For Delayed Train From Saint-Jean-De-Losne-Dijon - Omio
On 25 June 2026 I purchased 4 train tickets via Omio for the journey from Saint‑Jean‑De‑Losne to Dijon. We were informed that the scheduled train had been delayed, and because of this delay we were no longer able to catch our connecting train from Dijon to Paris. When I realised we would miss the Dijon–Paris connection, I tried to cancel the 4 tickets through Omio but was not able to do so. In addition, we were not informed when the rescheduled train from Saint‑Jean‑De‑Losne to Dijon was expected to depart, which left us unable to make alternative, timely arrangements. I have attempted to contact Omio about this problem, but their published phone number remains unavailable and the chat feature only connects to an unhelpful AI system, so I have not been able to reach effective customer support. In view of the disruption, the lack of clear information about the rescheduled departure, and the impossibility of cancelling the tickets, I am requesting a full refund for the 4 tickets purchased for this journey.
