Complaint To Omio For Refund
I booked train tickets from Geneva to Lucerne via Omio with the booking number 151438702417, for travel on 16 June. I purchased these tickets on 14 March 2026. Afterwards, I obtained a Swiss Pass that already covers this journey, so I no longer need the separate tickets bought through Omio. When I contacted Omio customer service to cancel the tickets and request a refund, I was informed that they could not cancel them. I am kindly requesting that Omio review my case and provide a refund for the Geneva–Lucerne train tickets, or offer an alternative fair solution, considering that I have a valid Swiss Pass that makes these tickets unnecessary.
