Omi Refused to Reinstate My Account and Won't Approve My Apple Refund Request


I am writing regarding the recent ban case of no. 176335929845 my Omi account and the 1‑month premium subscription I purchased via Apple from Thailand on 17 last month. My account was banned yesterday, shortly after this payment, and I lost access to the service I have already paid for. Since you have decided not to reinstate my account, I will not continue disputing the ban itself. However, I insist on a fair resolution regarding my payment. I have already submitted a refund request through Apple and I expect your cooperation in confirming and approving this refund, as I am being denied access to a paid premium service. I also do not accept the vague and unsupported claims listed in your previous message. If any violation truly occurred, I expect concrete evidence rather than a generic list of possible reasons. Without such evidence, this action appears unjustified, especially for a paying premium user. It is unreasonable for me to lose both access and my payment without a clear and specific explanation. I therefore request that you promptly confirm and approve my refund request through Apple so that this matter can be resolved fairly as soon as possible.
