On August 10, 2025, my Tango account registered with the email Ol********@icloud.com** was suddenly banned without any prior warning, message, or explanation. I was using the app on my iPhone 11 from Manisa, Turkey, and there was no active balance or payments on the account at the time.
I have never violated any rules on Tango and have not even hosted a live stream. That is why I cannot understand why my account was suspended. It feels extremely unfair to lose access to my account without being informed of any specific reason.
I am requesting that my Tango account be reactivated immediately. If there was a mistake, I expect the company to review my case carefully and lift the ban without delay. Customers should not be punished without transparency, and I ask Tango to restore my account access promptly.
