Hornet ‘Device Suspended’ Error Blocks Premium User on Android

For the past three days, I have been unable to log into the Hornet app from my Android phone. When I try to open the app, I receive a message stating, “This device has been suspended,” and I cannot access my account. Additionally, I have an active Premium subscription and make regular monthly payments.

Despite trying every available support channel within the app and through other contact methods, I have not received any assistance or response. I believe my device has been unfairly banned, and at the same time, I am unable to use the Premium service that I am paying for.

The email address associated with my Hornet account is s**********@gmail.com. I request that the ban on my device be lifted, that access to my account be restored, and that my issue be resolved urgently.
