Badoo Customer Service Ignored My Appeal – Account Still Blocked

I was using the Badoo dating app on my iPhone, and during the night of October 19–20, my active account was suddenly banned without any prior warning or notice. My registered email address was a********@gmail.com**, and I had a paid membership worth approximately ₺200 on the account.
I believe the ban may have been triggered by a false report from someone I had interacted with, but I never violated any community guidelines. I also didn’t receive any explanation or warning before the suspension. The only option I had was to submit an appeal, but I never received any automatic confirmation or review response from Badoo.
This suspension is completely unfair and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request that my account be reactivated or that my membership fee be refunded immediately. I also expect a clear explanation and a fair resolution regarding this matter.
