Ola Electric Delayed My S1 Air Delivery and Ignored My Escalation
Having heard good comments, I bought an Ola Electric S1 Air scooter for my daily commute hoping for a flawless ride. Though it was registered well in advance, the scooter arrived 45 days later than the agreed-upon delivery date. I phoned the Ola Electric experience centre in my city several times, only to get nebulous information and no clear schedule. Apart from the inconvenience, the delay meant I lost almost a month of vehicle insurance coverage without even owning the scooter. To exacerbate the situation, I elevated the subject to top management but got no appreciable reply. I regret trusting Ola Electric since their lack of responsibility and openness is absolutelydemoralizingg.
