Trendyol Sold Defective Volta SE-03 Electric Scooter And Ignored Issue

The Volta SE-03 Electric Scooter Moped in Orange, which I purchased through Trendyol under order number 10147559019, has been defective since the day it was delivered. The product has been malfunctioning for seven months, and my issue has still not been resolved during this time. Although the product is under warranty, when I contacted Trendyol customer service, they provided me with a service number. However, the service center I was directed to stated that they do not handle Volta brand products and offered no assistance. The seller also showed no interest in resolving the matter. As a result, I filed a complaint both with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I paid ₺39,749.00 for this product and now request a full refund. I expect Trendyol to be more responsible and solution-oriented in such cases to prevent others from experiencing the same problem. I would also like to note that I am following the legal process closely.
