Ola Electric Failed to Resolve My Charging Port Issue and Ignored My Service Requests
The customer service of Ola Electric disappointed me among other things. Though the brand promises dependability and creativity, its after-sales are startlingly unresponsive. Within a few weeks of purchase, my scooter's charging port had problems. When I asked for help, I was greeted with silence and either unclear, ineffective responses for my service needs. It appears that there is no clear escalation procedure, hence significant assistance or responses are not possible. Customers who lack responsibility feel left helpless and abandoned. For a corporation that takes great satisfaction in transforming transit, their customer service totally undercuts their promises of dependability and quality.
