I am extremely frustrated with OKX right now. After depositing my tokens and completing all the required verification steps, my tokens are still locked and haven’t been credited to my account. This issue has left my assets inaccessible, and I’m unable to make any trades or move my funds.
The worst part is that I can’t even reach customer support. The live chat feature is completely unresponsive, and there’s no proper way to get assistance or track the progress of my issue. In a trading environment where timing is everything—especially when trying to capitalize on profitable opportunities—this kind of delay is unacceptable and causes real financial loss.
OKX needs to act immediately. I demand that my locked tokens be transferred to my account without further delay. The platform must also improve its customer support systems so investors aren't left in the dark when issues arise. I'm losing valuable time and money while waiting for a resolution.
