I Can’t Withdraw My Funds from OKX and Support Won’t Respond

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience using OKX. I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for days, but the platform simply won’t allow it. Every time I attempt to access my account or initiate a withdrawal, I receive an error message saying, “An error occurred. Please try again.” I’ve also been locked out of the official OKX website entirely and can’t even log in properly.

To make matters worse, I can’t reach live support—there’s no option to connect with a representative. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support team requesting help, but I haven’t received a single reply. There’s no one to talk to, no transparency, and no accountability. I feel completely stuck with my money trapped in their system.

This situation is unacceptable. OKX needs to resolve this issue immediately, restore proper access to its platform, and provide responsive, accessible customer service. I demand that my withdrawal be processed without further delay.
