OKX Account Verification Stuck for Over a Week – No Resolution from Support
I have been waiting for my OKX account verification to be approved for over a week now. Despite submitting all required information accurately and reaching out to customer support multiple times, my account status still shows as “under review.” I was assured that the issue would be resolved, yet nothing has changed. This delay is unacceptable, especially when I need access to my account. I expect OKX to handle this matter urgently and complete my verification process without further delay. If a platform offers trading and financial services, account approvals should not take this long. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue!
