Since September 11, 2025, I have been unable to approve the User Agreement in the OKX crypto app. The confirmation button does not work, and because of this, I cannot use the application at all. I am experiencing this issue on an Android device.
I tried to reach customer service, but I could not find a phone number to call, so I have not been able to get any support. I have not yet tried reinstalling the app or using a different device. I request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible so that I can start using the application.
