On the OKXTR platform, I have been trying to complete the required user framework agreement update, but the confirmation button does not work. Today, I attempted the process multiple times on different devices and different browsers, yet the issue continues with no change. No matter what I try, the system will not allow me to confirm the update.
I also attempted to contact customer service to report the issue, but I was unable to reach anyone and have not received any response. At the moment, I do not have any financial loss in my account, but because the agreement update cannot be completed, I am completely blocked from making transactions.
I am demanding that this technical problem be fixed immediately and that my user agreement update be completed without further delay. OKXTR must resolve this issue quickly so customers can access their accounts and continue trading without unnecessary obstacles.
