OKX Locked Me Out of My Account Due to Unrequested Two-Factor Authentication


Hello, I have been a customer of OKX for two years, and recently they enabled two-factor authentication on my account without my consent or knowledge. As a result, I am now locked out of performing any operations on my account. Although I can access my account and see my crypto assets, I am unable to make any transactions. I have been trying to resolve this issue with OKX customer support for over a week. They keep saying they need to call me for security verification, but they failed to call me twice at the scheduled times. This situation has left me stuck and unable to manage my funds. The customer support experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. I have attached my ticket history showing three unresolved tickets.
