Odeabank Mobile Banking Login Error - Cannot Access Account Urgently
I have been unable to access my demand deposit account at Odeabank’s Mersin branch through mobile banking for about 30 minutes. When I try to open the app, I receive a message saying, “Warning: We cannot continue your transaction.” I changed my internet connection and called customer service, but I was only able to reach the automated system and couldn’t speak with a representative. A mobile banking confirmation is being sent, but since I can’t log into the app, I’m unable to approve it or complete any transactions. My account information: IBAN TR82********************01. I urgently request that this issue be resolved, that I be contacted regarding the situation, and that access to my account be restored as soon as possible.
