I attempted to deposit money from my Odeabank card to my Odeabank account via Ziraat Bank's ATM in Izmir Atakent branch. It's their own ATM. After keeping me waiting for about half an hour, the machine seized both the ₺28,000 cash and my card. It's been a full two weeks, and I haven't been able to access the money, nor do I know what happened to it. They say the investigation is ongoing. Every day, I file complaints with Odeabank, and they keep saying the investigation is ongoing each time they message me. I don't understand what they're investigating. If they won't return the money, I'll file a lawsuit; if they do, it'll be for damages. Now, I don't know what to do.
