ATM Deposit Issue - Missing Money

On June 21, 2025, at around 18:00, I attempted to deposit ₺29,600 into my VakıfBank account via a shared ATM belonging to Ziraat Bank. During the transaction, the ATM displayed a warning saying “Your money has been seized,” and the money I deposited remained inside the machine. I did not receive any receipt after the transaction. I immediately went to the relevant bank branch to report the situation, but I was told “there’s nothing we can do” and received no assistance. This is the first time I have experienced such an incident, and my grievance has been ongoing for about a month and a half. So far, a total of ₺19,100 has been refunded to my account in two separate transactions, but ₺10,500 is still missing. I had exchanged gold to deposit this money specifically to make a payment to Katılım Evim, and since I could not make the payment, I am facing significant hardship. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved and that the missing ₺10,500 be refunded to my account.
