I Face Packaging Failure with NYX Fat Oil Lip Drip That Leaks and Won’t Open Properly

I purchased the NYX Fat Oil Lip Drip a while ago and had no issues with the formula itself—the product performs as expected. However, from day one, I’ve had ongoing issues with the packaging. The lip oil consistently leaked from the cap, so I’ve had to handle it very carefully to avoid messes.

Today, the packaging issue got significantly worse. When I went to use the product, the top part of the cap separated—only one layer of the cap came off—leaving the inner portion sealed and making the product completely unusable. No matter what I tried, I couldn't open it to access the lip oil. I want to emphasize that this is not user error; the packaging is clearly defective.

As someone who trusted this product and brand, I’m extremely disappointed. I expect NYX, a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, to take this complaint seriously. I’m requesting either a replacement or an appropriate resolution for this faulty packaging. Please respond promptly and make this right.
